Built for people managing their own personal finances
Spend Sutra is designed for adults who hold their own bank accounts and/or credit cards and want an automatic, private way to see where their money goes. It is not designed, marketed, or intended for use by children.
Who this app is for
- Individuals in India with one or more bank accounts or credit cards who receive SMS or email transaction alerts and want them turned into an organized spending picture.
- Anyone who wants a personal budgeting tool that works without linking bank credentials or granting account access to a third party — Spend Sutra only reads the transaction alert notifications a bank already sends.
Who this app is not for
- Children. Spend Sutra assumes the user holds their own financial accounts, which generally requires being an adult (or, in some cases, a minor with a guardian-linked account — but the app itself is not designed with any child-specific experience, controls, or content).
- Businesses or shared/household finance management. The app is built around a single person's own accounts, not multi-user or business bookkeeping.
Age rating alignment
